Before we start our cleaning, there are a few things you can do to make the job go smoother.
* Please remove any breakable items from the area.
* Move light furniture.
* Keep pets and children away from the area we are working in.

As part of our work, we will carry out the following process:

Inspection
We start the process by examining your carpet.  We will inspect any problem area that will need to be addressed individually.  We will take note of the kind of carpet you have and how much cleaning it will require.  We will let you know, when possible, if there are any potentially problematic stains.

Pre-Vacuum
If needed, we will vacuum the area to remove dirt and other particles from your carpet.  This helps us clean better and gets out all of the loose debris.

Pre-Spray Treatment
Then we will use a hot organic pre-treatment spray on all spots and stains.  This also loosens up the embedded dirt and makes it easier to remove.

Extraction and Rinse
Once the pre-treatment spray has had time to work, we will flush out the carpet with a hot water solution.  We will use a high-powered carpet cleaning
system to push the water at high speed and ensure all the loose particles are swept away.  We will regulate the heat and the pressure during this step to
ensure that the carpet never becomes too wet.

Grooming the Carpet
Then we will rake the carpet pile to ensure that all the fibres are facing the same direction.  This will allow the carpet to dry faster.

Inspecting the work
We will ask you to inspect the work before we leave the premises.

Carpet Stain Protection
Once your carpet has been cleansed we recommend that you ask for the carpet stain protection (see our Services page <<here>>).

You should wait at least 24 hours before vacuuming your carpet.
